Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience or equivalent in product management or a related field, a strong understanding of global services and launches, the ability to proactively propose and persuade product direction, experience with AB testing and data analysis, and proficiency in extracting data using queries. Prior experience with Azar or extensive prior usage is preferred, as well as experience with international user voices, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with development or related knowledge.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, the candidate will actively propose and persuade the product direction to maximize the core value of the Azar service, build roadmaps based on global user feedback, coordinate resources and lead projects, contribute to the qualitative improvement of ongoing projects within the Product organization, establish and monitor project KPIs, develop user scenarios and hypotheses through AB testing, document and manage project histories, and contribute to problem-solving. The role also involves mentoring team members and driving project success, and continuously pursuing quality improvements within the scope of work.
