Responsibilities

The AI Solutions Builder will reframe vague problems into sharp, testable hypotheses suitable for AI-native solutions. They will conduct discovery and requirements gathering with internal stakeholders to inform solution design. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating AI tools, platforms, and vendors through hands-on testing and proof-of-concept pilots. The role involves building and iterating on scrappy internal prototypes using no-code platforms, LLM APIs, and automation tools, and implementing them with minimal/no engineering effort. Defining success metrics, validating ROI for solutions before scaling, and developing rollout plans, documentation, and internal playbooks to ensure adoption and repeatability are also key duties.
