This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Job Description

Montu is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key value stream in our virtual healthcare ecosystem. You’ll turn insights into impactful products, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery, and ensuring they meet both business goals and patient needs.

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more value streams.
  • Use research, data, and market insights to identify and prioritise opportunities.
  • Lead discovery work — from defining problems to prototyping and testing solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and delivery teams to launch and iterate products.
  • Champion user experience, supported by research and usability testing.
  • Measure product performance, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence priorities to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading discovery and delivering user-focused digital products.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Comfort using data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • A passion for building products that make a tangible difference.
