Requirements

Candidates should possess an unnatural curiosity and excitement about the end-user and the jobs they do, bringing an Engineering mindset to product problems and understanding how to extend the platform to create leverage. They should demonstrate taste, caring about the quality of products and use, and be an excellent writer and synthesizer, capable of communicating product knowledge and clarity to the organization.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own the entire roadmap for a large portion of Ashby’s existing modules, collaborate closely with the CEO on execution of individual projects, focus on high-leverage activities instead of detailed user stories and sprint management, and be responsible for picking the right priorities and ensuring excellent execution across product quality and velocity. They will also contribute to overall product strategy and significantly impact product velocity and quality, and continuously delight users by building a platform that balances re-usable building blocks and feature-specific behavior, while maintaining enterprise customizability and ease of use.
