Requirements

4-5 years of previous experience as a Product Manager
Experience working with SaaS products, data platforms or pipelines, and managing product integrations; experience building Document Management and/or Generation tools is a major plus
Managing beta rollouts and willingness to get your hands dirty with customer implementations and questions
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Work alongside strategic product leaders to produce a detailed product roadmap and convert it into functional work
Meet with the Engineering team daily to make sure the team has what they need to execute work and remove any roadmap blockers or ambiguity
Review sprint work against acceptance criteria and work with QA to ensure proper testing criteria is met
Work closely with UX to assist with customer research and requirements gathering
Maintain a pulse on tech debt, bugs and key customer asks to disposition them
Work closely with our Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand and address user needs
Prioritize and execute the product roadmap
Provide detailed requirements and direction for the Engineering and UX teams in software development cycles
Lead continuous discovery–including market research, competitive analysis, and regular collaboration with key stakeholders and clients–to inform a winning product strategy
Serve as the functional product owner for the team, creating tickets with requirements and acceptance criteria
Partner with Engineering to ensure development is executed to specifications and delivered within the release framework
Serve as subject matter expert for products, and occasionally represent Litify in client meetings, pitches and demos
Lead major product initiatives for the company, including those involving AI
