This role plays a key part in defining, communicating, and executing the product vision and strategy. It leads cross-functional product-focused teams to define and deliver compelling new products and features that solve business and shopper problems. The role drives the entire product development process from discovery to Go-To-Market (GTM) with end-to-end success in mind. It develops product requirements and roadmaps, and incorporates feedback from shoppers into the product strategy. This position works on multi-dimensional and complex opportunities with an acumen to stretch beyond their immediate focus area. It motivates and inspires product development and other teams to drive towards team objectives. Furthermore, it mentors and manages others on product management best practices, customer-focus, and actively participates in internal product development and operating processes.

What You'll Get the Opportunity to Do:

  • Vision:

    • Drive the product development process and success measurement of key initiatives by helping to define business and shopper opportunities that support Flipp's overall strategy and annual plans.
    • Understand and articulate the problems to be solved and oversee the entire product development process – from product ideation to product release.
    • Refine product vision and strategy by contributing to various product and prioritization frameworks and being the voice of the shopper.
    • Frame customer problems to explain why improvements are needed and how they fit into the product vision/strategy.
    • Evangelize the product vision & strategy to gain buy-in up-down-across the organization (up to leaders, down to development teams, and across to peers & stakeholders).
    • Translate complex technical problems into simple examples and communications for non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with other product team members to ensure consistency and compatibility across all Flipp products.
