Minimum five (5) years of related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform key job accountabilities

Responsibilities

Maintain equipment
Validate processes
Manage technical communication for products
Design and optimize new product processes
Oversee assigned manufacturing processes while adhering to quality, delivery, and cost targets
Develop innovative, high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions/services that satisfy stakeholder needs through technical expertise and mentorship
Demonstrate effective communication (teleconference, email, in-person) with internal/external customers on project technical matters
Demonstrate expertise in the full Plexus manufacturing process on small to mid-size projects
Work independently across multiple phases/processes of the manufacturing process without direction
Ensure accurate technical project documentation and up-to-date regional/site documentation per quality, industrial standards, and change management procedures
