Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with research, data, product, and engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and improve existing products or introduce new features
  • Identifying key issues and proposing pragmatic solutions with an estimation of the business impact
  • Leading co-creative workshops (ideation, design reviews, design critiques, etc.) to generate ideas and refine solutions
  • Imagining, building, measuring, and iterating on solutions to have an impact with the product teams
  • Participating in the prioritization of product initiatives to align efforts with business objectives
  • Identifying key metrics to improve with your solutions and taking responsibility for their success
  • Fostering strong engagement, high performance, and involvement from product teams to collectively design high-quality solutions that meet best-in-class standards
