Candidates should possess a deep understanding of Figma, including components, autolayouts, and variables, as well as experience with Design Systems. A strong ability to apply behavioral and growth design theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies is essential. Additionally, candidates should be adept at gathering and interpreting existing research and assumptions to inform design decisions.
The Senior Product Designer will inspire users to experience value early in their WellTech journey and challenge existing design patterns to advocate for cutting-edge UI improvements. They will work iteratively through design experiments to advance WellFunnel towards its vision and understand the needs of various stakeholders to deliver a top-tier funnel experience. This role also involves balancing innovation with feasibility, nurturing relationships with key Growth and Product managers, and collaborating with product designers to scale impactful experiments across the design system.
Improves patient adherence to treatment plans
