What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive product-led growth, craft seamless onboarding experiences, and optimize user flows to create meaningful interactions. This role focuses on understanding user engagement, retention, and emotional drive.

Reporting To

Product Design Manager within the Platform and Growth team.

Team

Mix of Product, Design, Research, and Engineering.

About Wellfunnel

Wellfunnel is a marketing funnel builder that assists all of our product teams in creating new funnels or editing existing ones without the need for developers. With this tool, we can automate processes, increase efficiency, and conduct more tests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire the largest percentage of users to experience value as early and often in their WellTech experience.
  • Challenge existing design patterns and advocate for cutting-edge UI improvements.
  • Work iteratively through design experiments that push WellFunnel towards a desired vision.
  • Understand the needs of multiple constituents across 5 core products to deliver a best-in-class funnel experience.
  • Balance innovation with feasibility – assessing the technical and cost implications of design decisions.
  • Work in the open and educate the organization on the value of growth design.
  • Nurture relationships with key Growth managers, Product managers, and Product designers from multiple teams.
  • Work with the product designers in the platform team to scale impactful experiments into the broader design system.

Required Skills

  • Deep level of understanding of Figma (components, auto layouts, variables) and Design Systems.
  • Ability to apply behavioural and growth design theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies.
  • Ability to gather and make sense of existing research and assumptions to design.
