Responsibilities

  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Engineering, Data, and CX to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and launch programs improving conversion rates and driving sustainable growth
  • Define and evolve a cohesive acquisition journey that drives measurable business growth while reinforcing mission and brand
  • Orient around customer problems holistically with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively source input, talk to customers/leads regularly, and change course based on insights
  • Consider full customer journey in decisions to drive long-term retention and success
  • Execute for impact, prioritizing measurable outcomes over best practices or benchmarks
