We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic Platform and Growth team. This role is crucial for driving product-led growth, optimizing user flows, and creating meaningful user interactions focused on engagement, retention, and emotional drive. You will be an integral part of a team responsible for all customer-facing products and internal tools, including Wellfunnel, our onboarding engine. The primary goal is to foster a product-led growth mindset within the team and the broader organization.

This position reports to the Product Design Manager within the Platform and Growth team and collaborates with Product, Design, Research, Analytics, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Figma (components, autolayouts, variables) and Design Systems.
  • Ability to apply behavioral and growth design theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize existing research and assumptions to design experiments.
  • Experience in user research methods (usability testing).
  • Knowledge of user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, etc.).
  • Knowledge of experiment tooling (Optimizely, Launchdarkly, and Google Analytics).
  • Commercial awareness – understanding how design impacts business metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems as part of a team.
  • Clear, friendly, and transparent communication.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire the largest percentage of users to experience value early and often in their WellTech experience.
  • Challenge existing design patterns and advocate for cutting-edge UI improvements.
  • Work iteratively through design experiments to evolve WellFunnel towards a desired vision.
  • Understand the needs of multiple constituents across 5 core products to deliver a best-in-class funnel experience.
  • Balance innovation with feasibility, assessing the technical and cost implications of design decisions.
  • Work in the open and educate the organization on the value of growth design.
  • Nurture relationships with key Growth managers, Product managers, and Product designers from multiple teams.
  • Work with product designers in the platform team to scale impactful experiments into the broader design system.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in interface animation and content design.
