Requirements

Responsibilities

Own the design process end-to-end for Foundations initiatives
Shape core user experiences for North, including conversation flows, model selection, and agent configuration
Balance technical complexity and constraints with intuitive user experience, maintaining high craft and quality
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners across the organization
Conduct user research with diverse audiences, translating insights into design principles and patterns for multiple personas
Contribute to and evolve design systems and interaction patterns for consistency, rapid experimentation, and feature development
Stay current on AI/ML trends, competitive landscape, and emerging interaction paradigms to inform conversational AI and agentic experiences
