Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and user-centered approach. Experience with user research, prototyping, and design systems is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will seek and review user feedback, collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and drive design direction, rapidly generate design solutions through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, create high-fidelity design comps and documentation, present design concepts to stakeholders and implement feedback, test prototypes with users and analyze results, produce designs consistent with the brand’s design system across various platforms, communicate and document design states and scenarios, and participate in the development process by modifying designs and addressing engineer questions.
