Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in product design, demonstrating excellent visual, verbal, UI, and interaction skills, and a well-rounded, comprehensive experience designing interactive products. Experience with frontend frameworks, developer tooling, and managed infrastructure is also required, and familiarity with production code in React, Next.js, and animation is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer at Vercel will report to the Director of Product Design and contribute to the design process from gathering requirements to overseeing implementation, setting the creative bar for evolving design projects, and establishing design guidelines. They will collaborate with growth, content, and engineering teams across the full customer lifecycle, creating and iterating flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, and working closely with engineers and partners to ensure a high-quality implementation, while also inspiring those around them and helping to establish a design culture within the company.
