Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tech/startup or digital product agency roles, demonstrating end-to-end product design skills. Experience working with developers and product managers in building and shipping applications is essential, along with extraordinary visual design skills and a strong understanding of UX principles. A background in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding, and typography is required, as well as proficiency in both low and high-fidelity prototyping. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will lead design and user experience for significant parts of the core product, contributing to the design process from prioritization through launch. They will collaborate with Principal Designers, Product, and Engineering leads to transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives. The designer must break down ambiguous problems, prioritize high-impact work, and align cross-functional teams. They will advocate for users by iterating on core products, collaborate with the design team to evolve product vision and design systems, participate in team rituals, assist in hiring, and contribute to the design internship program.
