Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in digital product design, previous experience in B2B SaaS, and a specialization in 0-to-1 product development, not just feature improvements. They should be confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution, proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, and have experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations. Previous experience working with Design Systems and a solid portfolio of case studies are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer - Subscription will contribute to shaping a seamless experience across the subscriptions lifecycle, with pricing and packaging that offers compelling value to customers, increase conversions, improve retention and growth, ensure pricing clarity and fairness, support the rollout of new plans and packaging, and redesign the checkout experience to accommodate new pricing models and packaging. They will also plan, facilitate, and run research independently or with support of the Research function, run workshops and feedback sessions, leverage and contribute to Design System, and focus on designing B2B SaaS products, particularly Marketer tools.
