Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or a related subject area
Some years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Knowledge of CCP and/or CSD operations and the full transaction lifecycle
Driven, curious, and value continuous learning
Takes initiative and ownership, while also collaborating with others
Confident in handling multiple clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to communicate business activities and flows
Strong English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
Experience working with agile methodologies is preferable
Ability to travel sometimes to customer sites in different parts of the world may be required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the definition, development, and delivery of Nasdaq products by balancing client desirability, financial viability, and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle
Improve the value of the product for clients
Translate the product strategy into a roadmap, metrics, and desired functionality expressed as requirements in the product backlog
Communicate the voice of the customer to the team and handle customer expectations by turning their pains and problems into actionable items in the backlog
Provide guidance on product functionality to development teams
Understand, define, and communicate the prioritization of product requirements with a mind toward business value, flow, and tradeoffs
Act as a Servant Leader: actively review business risks, issues, & impediments expressed by the delivery team
Attend agile ceremonies to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap
Build quality into acceptance criteria and accept all work increments produced by the development team
Supervise progress on release and completion
Integrate with other business product lines and technology to align product strategy with overall needs advised by business line and technology executives
Manage risks of judgment with a serious impact on the success of the product
