Requirements

The ideal candidate must have significant experience working closely with product development teams, defining and delivering insights for digital products, and impacting key product decisions. Extensive familiarity with event tracking taxonomy design, tools like Rudderstack or Segment, and product analytics visualization tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is required. Strong knowledge of product metric design frameworks and implementation, along with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are essential. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, preferably with dbt, is necessary. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase or Looker is also required. Excellent communication skills in English and strong organizational and project management skills are needed. Python experience and experience working remotely are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define analytics requirements and prioritize initiatives. The Senior Product Data Analyst will spearhead efforts to define and implement a robust product metrics framework to measure and report the performance of key product lines and features. Responsibilities also include contributing to education and enablement efforts for Product teams regarding event taxonomies and self-serving insights on customer behaviors, as well as analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights related to user behavior and product performance.
