Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Proficiency in SQL (must-have)
Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling with high proficiency in Excel and G-Suite applications
Experience with data analysis (5+ years in data analysis, strategy, management consulting, business operations, investment banking, or related role, preferably product-focused)
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Excel
Skilled in PowerPoint or similar tools for creating professional, visually appealing slides
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
Demonstrated strategic thinking: ability to interpret data in business context and translate into actionable strategies
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in deliverables
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines (preferred traits)
Responsibilities
Extract, analyze, and visualize data to provide strategic insights influencing product decisions
Leverage data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights aligning with organizational goals and product strategies
Create intuitive and impactful dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel for stakeholders
Build clear, visually compelling slides and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership
Collaborate and communicate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align data analysis with business priorities and product roadmaps
Proactively identify data gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities and propose solutions to optimize processes or strategies
