Responsibilities

  • Guide expert talent: Manage and mentor experts, provide feedback on scripts, content delivery, and social material
  • Bring podcasts to life: Partner with podcast producer to craft episode lists, identify guests, and develop conversations
  • Measure impact: Review engagement and retention metrics, identify opportunities to expand offerings
  • Grow the expert bench: Scout, evaluate, and onboard diverse new talent reflecting varied parenting experiences
