Requirements

Expertise in process development, scale-up, and technical transfers for solid, semi-solid, and liquid dose forms
Experience leading complex RM (Raw Material) changes, de-risking, or CoGs (Cost of Goods Sold) reduction programs
Ability to act as technical lead and first point of contact for product robustness reviews
Knowledge of working with multi-functional teams including marketers, research scientists/engineers, R&D, Quality, manufacturing sites, Procurement, external vendors, and CMOs
Willingness to travel to European and global sites
Capability to support GPOs (Global Product Owners) for continuous improvement projects, BARs (Business As Usual Reviews), and Risk assessments
Experience in governance forums such as Product Technical Review Teams (PTRT) and Technical Review Board (TRB) as SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Responsibilities

Lead complex process development, scale-up, and technical transfers supporting future manufacturing strategy and complex maintenance projects
Act as technical lead for complex RM changes within de-risking or CoGs reduction programs
Provide manufacturing site support for process improvement initiatives
Serve as first point of contact and expert for OH (Oral Health) technical for product robustness reviews to ensure right first time commercialization at sites
Support GPOs for continuous improvement projects, BARs, and Risk assessments
Lead technical change controls, tech transfers, or process continuous improvements
Engage in Innovation and Maintenance strategies for OH brands, working with Quality, R&D, and manufacturing site teams
Support de-risking, scale-up, cost-saving, and strategic growth projects
Participate actively in global complex projects, developing partnerships with Procurement, external vendors, CMOs, Haleon manufacturing sites, R&D engineers/scientists, Category, and Quality
Provide technical support to Haleon and CMO supply sites to solve complex technical issues, promoting a sharing learning approach to site technical independency
Participate in governance forums such as PTRT and TRB as SME
Support technical transfers associated with Raw material/product/process changes to other sites
Lead or participate in Technical Risk Assessments
Contribute to building capability of more junior engineers
