Responsibilities

  • Translate the Global/Geo NSW direction to CEMEA specific multi-year and seasonal strategies and lead the implementation and execution of said strategy
  • Create channel specific differentiation, facilitate retail experience elevation and advise on channel and partner expansion
  • Gather region-specific consumer insights and apply these into your commercial strategy as well as inform channel/consumer merchandising teams on marketplace needs and growth opportunities
  • Lead seasonal GTM planning and execution to drive readiness and inspiration across the sport category by channel
  • Support Strategic Account & Country seasonal commercial targets, including specific channel growth goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the region through seasonal GTM (code) moments and other targeted internal and account facing meetings
