Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies, including hands-on experience with Java/J2EE core concepts, Spring, Hibernate, Groovy, and Grails, and building web services using REST/SOAP APIs. They should also have proficiency with RDBMS servers for designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning, and stored procedures, along with experience using code repository tools and Java debugging tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an MS or Masters in Information Technology, is required.
As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will work as a mentor and technical leader for a team of back-end engineers, challenging them and helping them grow; you will collaborate with internal customers on adoption and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle; and you will drive technical excellence by implementing best engineering practices such as estimation review, design review, code review, unit testing, and continuous integration/development. You will also manage multiple teams and initiatives while handling confidential work with discretion.
