Requirements

  • Expertise in process control team collaboration, including project execution, budgeting, Agile methodology, implementation, and commissioning
  • Ability to develop and implement Automation Engineering Project Plans and manage portfolios
  • Experience leading/supporting project management for construction and commissioning of facilities
  • Skills in tracking facility construction activities and coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
  • Capability to serve as a liaison between construction teams, manufacturing operations, engineering, and regulatory affairs
  • Proficiency in developing and managing detailed project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, risk identification, and mitigation
  • Knowledge of ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for radiopharmaceutical production
  • Experience managing internal and external project teams with clear direction, accountability, and communication
  • Ability to prepare and deliver updates and presentations to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
  • Support for planning and facilitating transitions from construction to operational readiness

Responsibilities

  • Provide automation support for operating areas across the site and/or capital projects
  • Ensure reliable and compliant control applications and systems in manufacturing
  • Drive productivity and mentorship of employees in the Automation Engineering Department
  • Act as a key technical expert to influence and implement process control agendas, business priorities, and compliance objectives
  • Work with process control team on project execution, budgeting, Agile methodology, implementation, and commissioning
  • Coordinate process control work implementation
  • Develop and implement the Automation Engineering Project Plan and manage the Automation Engineering Portfolio
  • Lead/support project management for Foundry site construction and commissioning
  • Collaborate with Automation Leadership for project implementation from tech transfer to design, validation, and production launch
  • Track facility construction, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment for timely decisions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and teams
  • Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance in facility design and construction
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates and presentations to leadership and partners
  • Support planning and facilitate transition from construction to operational readiness
