  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in data consolidation, validation, and analytics
  • Proven experience in creating insightful data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI or other similar tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Expertise in identifying KPIs and performing detailed analytics
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Excel VBA, SQL, or other relevant programming and query languages
  • Understanding of pricing metrics is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analytics and reporting purposes
  • Build models supporting consolidation of Regional and Business inputs (pricing plan and target; price increase programs…)
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover business drivers and root causes of performance trends
  • Provide standard Narratives to Regions, OUs, Finance
  • Support impact analysis on proposed PVM methodological changes
  • Collaborate with regional teams and Finance to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on PME and POP to support strategic decision-making
  • Evaluate and recommend updates to analytical methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance
  • Manage and enhance the Market Share Tool
