  • Contribute across Applied Engineering team responsibilities including pre-sales, implementation, and customer support
  • Work with Customer Success, Developer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure positive customer experiences and deliver solutions
  • Influence team’s vision, product strategy based on market insights, and evolution of pre-sales methodology
