Exceptional writing and storytelling skills are required, along with an understanding of European SME finance dynamics, regulatory factors, and media landscapes. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a significant advantage. Experience in managing communications under pressure and navigating sensitive situations, as well as previous experience managing agencies or internal communications teams, is highly valued.

They will serve as the primary liaison for global and local media, cultivating strong relationships with journalists and positioning leadership as influential voices. Responsibilities include writing and overseeing press releases, executive briefings, op-eds, and crisis communications, ensuring messaging consistency. The role involves leading PR campaigns for launches and partnerships, collaborating with Brand, Social, and Growth teams to amplify visibility. Additionally, the Senior PR Manager will monitor media sentiment, manage reputational threats, lead crisis communications, track PR metrics, and manage local PR agencies and global partners.
