Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and project collaboration tools such as Planner, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms, as well as time tracking and forecasting systems
  • Familiarity with a range of delivery and agile project tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms; ability to adapt to various client ecosystems and governance models
  • Excellent communication skills in English & French (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead by example, mentor junior team members, and coordinate efforts across diverse teams
  • Ability to engage and align stakeholders across levels to drive timely decisions and project outcomes
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation

Responsibilities

  • Governance & Control: Support the implementation of governance standards across projects ensuring consistent tracking and reporting of milestones, risks and deliverables
  • Status Reporting & Analytics: Own and drive data-informed decision-making by preparing comprehensive status reports and dashboards. Leverage tools such as Power BI and Excel to deliver SLA/KPI insights, trend and variance analyses, and narrative progress updates. Translate raw data into actionable intelligence for internal and client stakeholders
  • Resource Management: Manage demand/supply, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and maintain up-to-date resource allocation schedules
  • Financial Management: Track budgets, costs, and forecasts. Prepare pro forma invoices, support billing activities, and maintain accurate financial records and variance analysis
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, client data protection requirements, while supporting audit readiness and process improvements
  • Issue & Risk Management: Maintain and monitor risk and issue logs, proactively coordinate mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution
  • Workplan & Tooling Oversight: Own the configuration, QA, and maintenance of project plans, time tracking systems, and collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, Planner, etc
  • Communication & Engagement: Draft and publish executive-level updates, newsletters, orientation packs, and other project communication materials. Facilitate stakeholder alignment across teams
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and drive enhancements to PMO practices and tools. Promote process automation, standardization, and best practice sharing across programs
  • Mentoring & Leadership: Provide coaching and oversight to junior PMO and support teams and contribute to building a strong PMO community of practice
