Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Recruiting, HCM)
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment using JIRA
- Workday Certification in Recruiting
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Security and Workday Reporting
- 1+ years of experience in loading data using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)
Responsibilities
- Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
- Deliver solutions in Workday Recruiting, through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
- Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results
- Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
- Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
- Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues
- Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
