Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with cybersecurity, including system hardening and security/information assurance compliance regimes, 3-5 years of experience with microservices orchestration and cloud platforms, 5-7 years of experience in Linux system administration and networking fundamentals, and 5-7 years of experience working with CI/CD techniques using version control, DevOps technology and automated configuration management.
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will implement and manage security tools and practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that security is integrated into every phase of software development and deployment; lead efforts in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, streamlining the deployment processes and ensuring consistency across environments; set up and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions to track application and infrastructure health, security threats, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations; and work closely with software engineering, QA, and IT teams to embed DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle, promoting a collaborative approach to security and operations.
