Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education, with a strong understanding of AI integration into work processes. Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations is mandatory, as is management consulting experience. Enterprise architecture experience and ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Platform Architect will serve as a technical advisor, guiding customers in establishing a ServiceNow platform foundation and designing solutions to improve outcomes. Responsibilities include ensuring customers adhere to leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health. This role involves collaborating with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, as well as providing technical expertise across multiple engagements. The architect will develop customer roadmaps, translate business goals into architectural blueprints, and position ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform. Key duties include managing technical governance, delivery operating models, and instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with leading practices. Additionally, the architect will support sales efforts by scoping engagements and contributing to the development of leading practices for the ServiceNow platform.
