The role requires the ability to travel up to 80% and includes a need for creativity, comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment, and proven success in resolving complex issues through analysis. Enterprise architecture experience and ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows are also required.
The Senior Platform Architect will serve as a technical advisor, guiding customers in establishing a ServiceNow platform foundation and designing solutions to improve outcomes. Responsibilities include ensuring customers adhere to leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health. This role involves collaborating with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, as well as providing technical expertise across multiple engagements. The architect will develop customer roadmaps, translate business goals into architectural blueprints, and position ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform. Key duties include managing technical governance, delivery operating models, and instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with leading practices. Additionally, the architect will support sales efforts by scoping engagements and contributing to the development of leading practices for the ServiceNow platform.
