The Senior Platform Architect will provide architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices across assigned contracts, typically for larger accounts. They will build strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy. Responsibilities include collaborating with GTM, Delivery, and other teams, helping customers establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform, and designing solutions for long-term value. The architect will ensure customers use leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health. They will guide customer, partner, and internal teams on technical architecture, translate business goals into a customer roadmap, and manage technical governance and a delivery operating model. Additionally, the role involves supporting sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and contributing expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
