Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive production planning strategies, governance frameworks, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives (25%)
Direct integrated business planning processes, establish S&OP frameworks, and lead alignment of demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans across major manufacturing operations (20%)
Lead implementation of advanced planning and scheduling methodologies, including planning algorithms, optimization approaches, and sophisticated scheduling models (15%)
Direct integration of manufacturing planning with supply chain operations, establish end-to-end synchronization frameworks, and oversee inventory strategies and flow optimization (15%)
Lead, manage, and develop a team of planning professionals while establishing performance expectations, career development frameworks, and talent management strategies (15%)
Serve as senior advisor to manufacturing and business leadership on planning strategy, partner on strategic challenges, and represent the planning function in senior leadership forums (10%)
