Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 or more years of financial services industry experience and customer service skills, along with preferred SPARK/ARPS certification. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Plan Manager will manage all aspects of corporate bundled plans, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, contribute to increased profitability, serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans, resolve service and communication issues, participate in relationship management, collaborate with various internal teams, contribute to product development and process improvement, directly resolve complex service and communications issues, identify and assist with plan retention opportunities, support supervisor in training and mentoring, and handle plan management 800 number calls as assigned.
