Requirements

  • Shipping/Packing experience, or similar work experience, in an environment which features objectives for both quantity (production) and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, walk and to stand, for the length of the shift
  • Ability to push and pull heavy mail bins
  • Ability to use 10-key pad on the computer
  • Must be able to maintain a focus on work, to meet production requirements, without compromising quality
  • High School or equivalent
  • Preferred: Three or more years as a licensed technician
  • Preferred: National Certification and licensed in Texas as a technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform functions of filling, shipping and/or packing of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures (may work in Cold packing, Single bagging, Control room and Bulk packing)
  • Perform duties related to the process of all receiving and replenishment of product through the facility to include direct and wholesaler products as well as supplies of inventory
  • Assist PIC with licensing, WFH inspections, ratio reports, replenishment, control inventory, internal compliance audits, and RGM processing
  • Perform functions related to the receipt of material including the loading and unloading of trucks, matching the manifest to received material
  • Utilize RF devices as well as operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to receive material
  • Work with Inventory Coordinator on receiving variances (shortages & overages) and exceptions (damages & expirations)
  • Process incoming transfers and work with Inventory Coordinator on vendor returns
  • Ensure the warehouse area is clean and well organized
