Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory authorities
Address payroll inquiries from employees across multiple countries, providing clear explanations of payroll calculations and deductions
Resolve escalated payroll issues, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery
Lead payroll audits and ensure audit requirements are met
Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data
Manage and maintain payroll records in compliance with internal policies and local regulations
