Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or fleet industry with exposure to fleet managed maintenance programs and partnerships
  • 3+ years in a B2B software company in an account executive/account management role
  • Strong strategic thinking, with a bias for action and the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Sales Exposure: Ability to articulate a value proposition and overcome objections
  • Relationship building: Ability to establish and maintain a constructive, positive, and collaborative relationship with partners and coworkers
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work across diverse teams in a matrixed environment
  • Adaptability: Comfort in dealing with the ambiguity and pace of working in a fast-paced startup-within-a-scaleup environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, onboard, manage, and expand relationships with key strategic channel partners
  • Oversee end-to-end partner relationships and act as the primary implementation, go-to-market, and escalation point of contact for partners
  • Use data to research, craft, and host effective strategic meetings with channel partners
  • Analyze partnership performance, optimize strategies to improve outcomes, and share key insights with stakeholders
  • Continuously improve internal and external processes to enhance efficiency and expand partner impact
  • Serve as a liaison between Channel Partners and Fleetio, connecting SMEs where appropriate and aligning partner goals with Fleetio’s strategic business initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to drive successful outcomes for Partners and our mutual customers
