Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Strong understanding of legal operations, corporate governance, and contract law
  • Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., CLM, LegalTracker, entity management tools)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of legal systems, tools, and workflows, including own and report on legal department metrics and KPIs
  • Serve as the legal team’s representative on cross-OpCo legal operations projects, including drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across the department
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, board materials, and entity management
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel on governance and compliance matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts, maintain and improve contract lifecycle management processes
