Candidates should have 2-4 years of paid social activation experience across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn. Experience activating paid social campaigns for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives is required, along with experience buying ads on social platforms for execution, optimization, and analysis. Proficiency in pixel generation and placement recommendation, data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables are a plus) is necessary. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential. Digital marketing and/or social media strategy certifications are a plus.
The Senior Paid Social Specialist will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution. They will collaborate with the team on media planning, manage campaign budget pacing, and execute bid adjustments. Responsibilities include performing campaign QA, building and delivering weekly and ad hoc reports with insights and recommendations, and maintaining an understanding of new paid social product offerings and trends. The specialist will recommend changes to improve performance, leverage creative assets for ad placement builds, and routinely check platforms for performance updates. They will also support the team in launching and optimizing A/B tests.
