Requirements

Candidates are required to possess at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or related fields, ideally with a focus on CRM applications for public sector (federal, state, or local) agencies. Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, Appian, or Microsoft is a plus, and a strong understanding of government structures, processes, and operations is essential. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, naturalized citizens, or Permanent Residents with a green card, and must successfully pass the ServiceNow USFedPASS background screening, including a credit check, criminal and misdemeanor check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

This role involves developing high-quality enablement content to communicate product value, gaining a deep understanding of customer use cases, creating best-practice resources, serving as a product advocate, collaborating with teams across product management and success, and leading cross-functional efforts to achieve shared goals. The Senior Outbound Product Manager will also work closely with government agencies around the world, contribute to meaningful mission outcomes, and lead strategic partnerships to drive adoption and success of the PSDS solution.
