Requirements

  • German speaking
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ customer service experience in an SSC/multinational/office environment
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred but not essential
  • High school diploma or Government Body award required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Competent Microsoft Office user
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Be a role model and provide exceptional customer service to external customers and internal stakeholders in administration, order management, quotations, master data
  • Deal with complex customer requirements, manage escalations, process and follow up requests within division guidelines, liaise with partner functions (sales, commercial, distribution, finance) to fulfill requests or resolve issues
  • Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Adhere to company policies, operational regulations, and departmental training guidelines
  • Deliver on daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicator metrics; engage in efficiency and productivity initiatives
  • Play a key role in assignments/projects as required by business expectations
  • Consistently apply process expectations, demonstrate attention to operational details, leverage computer systems for high data accuracy and quality; develop and review training materials, contribute to new joiner trainings
  • Use relevant daily customer service reports
  • Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate partner departments if required
  • Participate in cross training and cross support activities, including joining assignments to other customer service teams to meet seasonal business requirements
