This is an on-site position at the new location in Gießen, involving building and managing operations from the ground up.

Candidates need a degree in business administration, technical field or equivalent, at least 5 years in a comparable leadership role, strong numerical understanding, technical savvy with detailed knowledge of Warehouse-Management-Systems, and ideally Six Sigma or Lean Management expertise. Excellent German and English communication skills, experience with works council negotiations, and a collaborative mindset are also required.
