Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or art direction — ideally in a fast-moving tech or B2B environment
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates breadth across brand campaigns, marketing collateral, and visual systems
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern design tools
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with sharp execution skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience working within and evolving brand guidelines
  • Comfort working across multiple formats and mediums (print, digital, motion a plus)
  • A bias toward collaboration, agility, and iteration — energized by feedback and fast-moving priorities
  • Bonus: Experience with Webflow, Notion, or creative tooling is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to concept, design, and deliver a wide variety of brand and marketing assets including: Campaign creative (ads, banners, paid social, landing pages); Product storytelling materials (one-pagers, explainer graphics, decks); Thought leadership content (e-books, reports, blog illustrations); Event and field marketing assets (booth design, signage, swag)
  • Own the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch in partnership with copywriters and channel leads
  • Contribute to and evolve the visual identity system, building scalable systems, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that are brand-aligned and performance-minded
  • Support brand/product rollouts and redesign efforts, from research and testing to final asset production
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to freelancers, agencies, or junior team members as needed
