Candidates need 4+ years of high-Speed DRAM or SerDes interface design experience, in-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS FinFET processes, familiarity with device reliability/ESD/Latch-Up, system-level timing knowledge, and strong Cadence custom design tools background.
