Requirements

Proactive participation in professional skills and knowledge learning to meet company standards and effectively apply them in daily academic promotion activities
Timely understanding and collection of customer disease treatment, diagnosis, and brand usage information
Timely and accurate submission of various reports as required
Knowledge of hospital basic management procedures, drug management processes, and medication situations in the assigned area; establishment, maintenance, and timely updating of hospital archives
Active participation in company business meetings and team building; sharing professional promotion experiences, insights, and market information with the team to assist supervisors in achieving team goals
Active participation in SFA project implementation; timely and accurate entry of relevant information (visits, coverage, meetings, customer visits, and quality of medical information provided) to assist supervisors/managers in ensuring system effectiveness, subject to quantity and quality checks and evaluations
Assistance to supervisors/managers in ensuring brand academic seminar activities align closely with market development strategies
Execution of supervisors/managers' regional business plans; formulation and continuous improvement of business plans for the assigned area
Ensuring all undertaken activities fully comply with company policies, quality standards, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant codes of conduct; compliance with GSK global quality policy and guidelines
Completion of tasks assigned by superiors
Obligation as a Haleon sales team and/or functional employee to promote and sell all Haleon products (including nutrition health, OTC drugs, oral health, and future expanded/specified product categories/lines) in the assigned jurisdiction or channel according to company arrangements
