Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer
  • Strong understanding of electrical equipment and circuits
  • Proficiency in CAD design and troubleshooting electrical equipment
  • Familiarity with software (ideally C#) and debugging
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Experience with injection molding and validation processes (EIQ/EOQ & NPS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of TestStand is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify electrical and mechanical test equipment to ensure production continuity
  • Design and innovate new test equipment based on priorities, including validation of equipment, non-product software, and test methods
  • Take ownership of equipment availability and repairs, supporting the entire equipment lifecycle
  • Drive improvements through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to equipment
