Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Workday HCM Certification, such as in HCM, and supplemental certifications in Absences, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation are advantageous. They should have a minimum of 5 years of project work experience with direct client interaction and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of at least one Workday module. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and identify and analyze areas of risk.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, the individual will oversee the Global Delivery Center (GDC), Application Managed Services (AMS), Projects and Continuous Value Services (CVS) team workload, forecasting, and utilization; manage day-to-day team operations, streamline processes, and act as a mentor to fellow consultants; independently manage work on multiple projects, leverage expertise to make recommendations and develop solutions, guide customers through design sessions, coordinate with project teams, provide status updates to customers and management, and potentially take a leadership position on a project or as a Workday Product Lead; create and consolidate internal training materials and offer for customers and internal teams.
