Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Preferred: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree
- Experience in project management, leading content development, and managing multiple projects
- Skills in instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE) for needs assessments, curriculum development, and program evaluation
- Proficiency in shaping content and excelling at PowerPoint
- Skillful at virtual and live presentations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with energy and flexibility
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Sales Strategy, Product Development, Product Management, Client Support Services, Visa University)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions: Create training aligned with Visa and VAS business priorities and global sales campaigns, applying instructional design principles (ADDIE) for needs assessments, curriculum development, and program evaluation
- Lead content development for VAS product and solution training focused on equipping direct specialist sales teams with content, training, sales methodology, and tools
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions (e.g., Visa University for online/on-demand content, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Product, Client Services, regional GTM leaders) to identify needs and deliver relevant solutions
- Incorporate modern learning modalities (e.g., VILT, microlearning, simulations, AI-driven tools)
- Build reusable templates and scalable content with a solution-oriented mindset
- Establish best practices for assessing learning outcomes and leveraging performance metrics to improve effectiveness
- Support internal sales enablement with content creation and training program management
