Requirements

At least five years’ real estate and leasing experience in the commercial field, preferably Shanghai markets and/or mature markets
A good track record in real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and hard-working

Responsibilities

Proactively initiate business development activities for existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing, etc
Assist the Department Head to design and implement business plans and programs
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key clients
Create relevant marketing materials and client lists
Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database
Manage transactions
Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions
Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor
