Requirements

Driven, hands-on leader and people manager with strong skills in communication, influencing, and multi-functional team building across time zones
Experience managing and growing technical product or program management teams across autonomous vehicle or robotics domains
Strong technical skills, including experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related projects which involve heavily matrixed sophisticated systems
Creative problem solver who can handle ambiguous situations, reach consensus, and make decisions
Ability to think creatively, propose solutions, and resolve development issues and constraints
Execution focus, with experience bringing new and innovative products and technologies into reality
12+ overall years of recent Product or Program Management experience and 5+ years of people management experience
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

Hands-on leadership of a team coordinating projects, partnering with tech leads to understand and solve complex self-driving challenges
Drive and be responsible for delivery of your technology portfolios, in partnership with your engineering leader counterparts
Coordinate and collaborate with teams and internal customers to deliver those roadmaps against extremely ambitious timelines and goals: build processes and frameworks to amplify team performance, communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address issues, and measure outcomes
Develop a deep technical understanding of the entire stack to proactively identify areas of improvement and investment, influencing technical direction across teams
Clearly communicate and represent technical product status and program execution to senior executives and OEM partners
Develop a high performing team which can define and deliver against highly ambitious technology product roadmaps
